RETURN POLICY

Terms and Conditions
Original cash register receipt is required for all returns/exchanges.
All merchandise returned for any reason must be in original condition.

Textbooks:

  • All textbooks and course material must be returned by the refund deadline (listed on receipt) for a 100% refund. After the refund deadline, all textbook and course material sales are final.
  • New textbooks must not have any bent or torn pages, marks, highlighting or other damage. Some shrink-wrapped books or packages are not returnable if opened. Textbooks with computer software cannot be returned if software is opened.
  • No returns are accepted for course packets, imported foreign language books, or any book or package marked "Not Returnable."
